Supplies Gathered and Gathering
- 20" deep inflated kiddy pool (those soft sides are to die for during hard labor)
- 1 or 2 new plastic table cloths/shower curtains
- 2 sets of sheets
- 6 towels
- 4 face cloths
- 8+ receiving blankets
- 2 large bowls/pails
- 1 roll or toilet paper
- baby wipes
- 2 garbage bags
- hydrogen peroxide
- large Ziploc bag (for placenta)
- women's cloth/mama pads
- washed baby clothes
:: The "little" wardrobe is begging for a couple of new pieces, chosen or made especially for this new little individual. Above is one new addition (if baby should be a girl), inspired by Rima's post; Bombay Love (Thank-you for the pattern - this is most likely the start of many similar ones to come!)
This 'little's' made with some scrap ends of skeins of wool/marino. Selah (4), is now asking for one too. Maybe in a month or so I'll tackle the math of transposing one to her size.
