Spring MusiqueMoves

Sweet intentions....my intentions over the past 2 weeks were to write about our "Sugar Snow Story", inspired by "little house in the big woods", some yarn-y projects, our latest elderberry flu syrup and not to self-promote....but being short on time,I'm sending a plug for our latest MusiqueMoves class!

This is going to be so much FUN! Babies, toddlers and even preschoolers are welcome, all accompanied by caregivers! A former Kindermusik teacher and both post and prior to that I have been an instructor for various classes in Creative Movement, Dance, Early Childhood Music and Movement. We all have heard the research of how significant music is in the development of the "littles"! An unfortunate moment due to some behavior of a young child can be completely turned around with a little bit of music, a short song, a chant with some actions, or vocal play. The class size is limited, so please call to reserve 946-5617

After our little trip to the north this week, I will finish the our "Sugar Snow" story...
Talk Soon!

  1. I took all of my kids to Kindermusik when they were of preschool age. We didn't always love it because my kids (even that little) were a bit reserved in front of others, but I loved having the resources to use at home during the week where they would dance with pleasure to it all. Having just spend an entire weekend singing, it's such a gift to have music and to be able to share with our kids. I hope you sell out!

    1. Hey Evelyn! Yes, there are always a few observer-learners...and they, as you said, do everything at home rather than in the class!
      Thanks Evelyn

    1. Oooooo! You are so blessed! We use to make Maple Syrup growing up in south eastern Ontario...but now I live in the prairies, where there are no Maple Trees like out East. I did get a hold of a few spigots and plan on tapping a Manitoba maple one of these years when I have access to one.
